Terms of Service

Plain-language summary: Deltix Network is a live application. $DLTX is an in-app utility and reward token with no monetary value — it cannot be exchanged for real money and is not an investment. Staking and referral rewards are variable protocol incentives, never guaranteed income. You must be 18 or older to use the service. You are responsible for your account and wallet credentials.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Deltix Network application, website, or APIs (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use is lawful where you live. The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly allow minors to register.

3. Description of the Service

Deltix Network is a live, mobile-first Delegated Proof-of-Stake network built on Ethereum's core economic design (staking-funded issuance and burned transfer fees), plus additional features not found on base Ethereum, including a capped referral program and an ambassador recognition program. The Service lets you hold $DLTX, stake and delegate to validators, earn protocol rewards, transfer peer-to-peer with a burned base fee, and participate in the referral and ambassador programs described in the Deltix whitepaper. Certain roadmap features (expanded validator sets, bridges, additional dApp integrations) roll out in phases and are development objectives, not commitments or guarantees.

For mobile accessibility, Deltix operates a custodial wallet model: your wallet is generated and its private key is encrypted and held by Deltix Network on your behalf, rather than requiring you to manage your own seed phrase. This differs from self-custody networks and means you are trusting Deltix Network's security practices (see Section 11 of the whitepaper and our security disclosures) to safeguard your keys.

4. No Monetary Value; No Offer

$DLTX is a utility and reward token used only within the Service. It currently has no monetary value, is not redeemable for real-world currency or any other cryptocurrency, and cannot be cashed out through the Service.
Nothing in the Service constitutes an offer to sell securities, investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or a promise of profit. $DLTX is not an investment product.
Staking rewards, referral rewards, and APY figures are variable estimates generated by protocol parameters and may change or end at any time. They represent in-app utility value only, not monetary return.
You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Service.

5. Accounts and Security

Registration requires a valid email address verified by a one-time passcode (OTP).
You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account and any devices used to access the Service.
OTP verification is an identity mechanism only. Wallet keys generated by the Service are encrypted at rest; you are responsible for any credentials or recovery material in your possession.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, referrals, or faucets is prohibited.

6. Staking and Delegation

Staked balances are locked and unavailable for transfer while staked.
Delegation exposes you to validator performance; rewards may be reduced by downtime, commissions, or protocol penalties, including slashing mechanics when implemented.
Unstaking may be subject to unbonding rules.
No fixed return is promised. Historical or estimated APY is not a guarantee of future results.

7. Referral and Ambassador Program

Each verified account may sponsor a maximum of three direct referrals.
Referral rewards activate only after the referred participant verifies their account and maintains an eligible stake; registration alone earns nothing.
There are no multi-level or downline rewards. Self-referral, fake accounts, spam, or deceptive promotion are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.
Ambassador tiers are recognition statuses and may be modified or discontinued.

8. Transfers and Fees

Peer-to-peer transfers debit your liquid balance. A protocol base fee is applied and permanently burned. Transfers are final once processed; verify recipient addresses before sending.

9. D-Browser and Third-Party Services

The D-Browser links to third-party decentralized applications. We do not own, audit, control, or guarantee any third-party site, contract, or service. Your use of third-party dApps is at your own risk and subject to their terms. Never enter recovery phrases or passwords on external sites.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, money laundering, or use of the Service for unlawful purposes.
Exploiting bugs, abusing faucets or bonuses, automated account creation, or Sybil attacks.
Interfering with the Service's operation, security testing without permission, or scraping personal data.
Misrepresenting Deltix Network, its tokens, or expected returns to others.

11. Intellectual Property

The Deltix Network name, logo, application, and content are owned by Deltix Network or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT BALANCES, REWARDS, OR DATA WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELTIX NETWORK AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TOKENS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100) OR THE MINIMUM PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse program rules, or create risk for the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service, protocol parameters (including rewards, fees, referral values), or these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deltix Network is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.
