Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Deltix Network ("we", "us") collects when you use the Deltix application, website, and APIs (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect

We do not collect government ID, payment card numbers, precise location, or contact lists. We do not sell personal data.
2. How We Use Information
- Deliver the Service: accounts, wallets, staking, transfers, referrals, dashboards.
- Send one-time passcodes and essential service emails.
- Prevent abuse: rate limiting, duplicate-account and Sybil detection, referral-fraud prevention (whitepaper §9.6).
- Maintain security, debug problems, and produce aggregate (non-identifying) network statistics such as total participants and total staked.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK users)
We process account and activity data to perform our contract with you; technical and anti-abuse data under our legitimate interest in securing the Service; and OTP email delivery as necessary to provide the Service you request.
4. Service Providers
We share data only with processors needed to run the Service:
- Resend — email delivery for one-time passcodes (receives your email address).
- Render — cloud hosting for our application and PostgreSQL database.
- Advertising, if enabled in the future, will be clearly separated from protocol features and covered by an updated policy before launch (whitepaper §14).
These providers process data on our instructions and may store it in the United States or other regions with appropriate safeguards.
5. What Is Public
Wallet addresses and network-level aggregates (total supply, staked totals, burns, validator statistics) are designed to be publicly visible, consistent with the transparency commitments in our whitepaper. Your email address is never public; referral sponsors see only a masked version of a referred email (e.g. jo***@example.com).
6. Security
- Wallet private keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
- Transport encryption (HTTPS) protects data in transit.
- Authentication uses short-lived one-time passcodes and signed session tokens.
- Rate limiting and monitoring protect against abuse.
No system is perfectly secure; please protect your email account, which is the key to your Deltix login.
7. Data Retention
- One-time passcodes expire within minutes and become unusable once consumed.
- Account, wallet, and transaction records are kept while your account is active, and as needed for security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
- Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging.
8. Your Rights
You can permanently delete your account at any time directly in the app (Community tab → Account → Delete account). Deletion immediately and permanently removes your account, wallet, balances, stakes, transaction history, and referral links. Full instructions: Delete Your Account.
Depending on your location, you may also have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@deltixllc.com from your registered email. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Note that some records (e.g., anti-fraud and transaction integrity data) may be retained where the law permits or requires.
9. Cookies and Local Storage
The app stores a session token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Clearing local storage signs you out.
10. Children
The Service is restricted to users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.
11. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer safeguards with our processors.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as the Service evolves (for example, when mainnet, mobile store releases, or advertising launch). Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, with the effective date updated above.
